My Background
For the last seventeen years, I have been working and supporting children and young people with a wide range of complex needs and mental health issues, and I have always found a way to connect and communicate meaningfully. Over the years, I have set up therapeutic services in primary and secondary schools, children's care homes, psychiatric units and have ran various therapeutic projects for charities such as Mind, Allsorts, Barnardo’s, SENSE, Crisis skylight, Audio Active and other youth projects in Brighton and London. Alongside this, I have been running my own successful Private Practice business in Lewes.
I have a first class honours degree in Applied Psychology, and I qualified as an Integrative Child and Adolescent Counsellor from the Terapia Centre in London. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
